At Virtual Voila, the health and safety of our customers are our top priorities. Because we supply professional-grade hair care and beauty products, strictly adhered hygiene standards must be maintained.
Return Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept returns or exchanges on products that have been unsealed, tested, or used.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
* Opened or used hair care and skin care products
* Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a discount code
* Gift cards
* Curated bundles or sets (unless the entire set is returned unopened)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@virtualvoila.ca with photos of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@virtualvoila.ca . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the product condition is approved (unopened and sealed), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a few business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
