Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
We proudly ship exclusively within Canada, ensuring fast and reliable service for our clients.
* Orders over $150 CAD (before taxes): FREE Standard Shipping.
* Orders under $150 CAD: Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your province or territory. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes.
Free In-Salon Pickup
Skip the shipping fees! Free local pickup is available at Voila Coiffure & Mini Spa in Ottawa.
Orders are generally ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with our address and current business hours. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your items.
International Shipping
To maintain our high standards of service and avoid unexpected customs or duty delays for our clients, we currently do not offer international shipping (including to the United States). We strictly serve the Canadian market.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
